Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SportsParity, a data and analytics platform operated by Intelligensia LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service. SportsParity provides sports market data and analytics, including comparisons between prediction market prices and a devigged consensus of sportsbook odds. We are not a sportsbook, exchange, or broker. We do not accept wagers, process bets, or hold user funds.

Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where accessing this information is lawful. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you.

Accounts. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing. Paid plans (Edge and Sharp) bill in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. Current prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use. You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute our data without written permission, reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate any law or third party right.

No advice, no warranty. The service is informational and is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing here is betting, financial, or investment advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligensia LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
